Case Study – Portfolio Manager Starts Own Firm

I’d like to share with you a case study of one of our clients.

Randy wanted to start his own management firm after working for 14 years for several major management firms. As a Regional Portfolio Manager, he oversaw the operational and financial management of more than 4000 units. Randy was looking for a new challenge, and felt that if he could find an owner to help him start his own firm, that would be a great opportunity.

His first client was an owner with four properties, and almost 1000 units. With his three percent management fee, net income from this client was more than $40,000 per month. Our fees to do the accounting and the payroll were less than $7000 a month to him.

As a result, he nets more than $30,000 per month and has significant freedom for the business, and also to spend with his family.

How may we help?

Ok. How many units?

And how many properties?

What software do you use?

How may we get in touch?

Thank you!

We’ll look forward to speaking with you and will be in touch shortly.
